Having trouble finding exactly which HJ ive got

I'm about to start the process of restoring and rebuilding my dads HJ coupe utility. But I'm having trouble figuring out exactly which car I have, I never knew there was so many different factors the the one certain vehicle.
Il attach some photos of the tags from my car in hopes someone might be able to help me figure it out.

Its a HJ utility coupe but that's all I've been able to figure out

Looks to be a povo pack 3 on the tree 6 cylinder ute.

173 3 on the tree was it red? Try asking at fastlane a few blokes there might tell you what rest of the tags mean

HJ8WM80 = HJ Coupe utility
so says the major tag (confirmed on the ADR tag.. actually says coupe utility!)

M15 = 3 speed manual gearbox
gv7 = 3.55 Banjo diff
L21 = 173ci red motor from memory

the long tag... is showing the PSN (no VINs back in HJ days
and
I note is a Dandenong VAP build. Tags are legit... PSN matches the body number
