Hey guys just wondering if anyone would have any idea why when I turn on my hazard lights my right indicator will get stuck in the on position and will not work, as it is stuck on it drains my battery overnight. Left indicator works fine but have to flick the hazards on wait for the right one to glitch then flick my right indicator on and it fixes the problem.
Any help would be much appreciated
Cheers

If your mechanic doesn’t know that the BMC contains small circuit board mounted relays, then I’d say find another mechanic...

And the forum has a search feature where you can enter some search string like “VZ hazard indicator BCM problem” or similar... or use google to search the site using the same search string but adding “site:forums.justcommodoes.com.au” to it to limit the search to the JC forums...

VZ Crewman, VZ Cross 8, & ya mum.
It's a cheap part and there is a tutorial on it, as you may have found already.
You could do it yourself.

I was going to express my doubts about a mechanic having looked at it or at least consulted but felt I had dished out enough condescending comments for the day!
