last one for tonight (i hope) aparently you can ajust the convergence/hight of the headlights on a vs commodore (acording to my mate you can anyway) is this true? if so how do you do it?
yes you can adjust the height and move them side to side. theres 2 holes where you can insert a screwdriver to adjust them. from memory there is an arrow moulded on the light that points to each of the holes. line you car up to a wall and block off one headlight (or disconnect it) so you can focus on 1 at a time i think its 5mtrs from the wall is the correct spot for adjusting
na dont have one yet, i get payd monthly wich is a total pain in the ass (and im about ready to beat the snot out of the CEO with a wheel brace lol) so i gotta wait for a couple of weeks to get one, but once i get one ittl be in there right? and ill be able to stop anoying every one on here with my ignorance? and dunbness?
yeap its listed in the manual.. i have a manual and i still ask Q's on the forum, nothing wrong with bouncing ideas round and asking for similar issues becoz a solution can vary soo much.
from memory... the picture looks something like, um , with your car parked a certain distance from a wall, the right hand side on the pattern should have a flat line. The left hand side has a line sloping diagonally downwards from top left to where it intersects with the flat line. The point they intersect is in line with the centre of the car. The theory is that this allows you to see pedestrians etc on the left side of the road, without shining the lights into the eyes of oncoming traffic on the right side of the road. Hope this makes sense.
makes perfect sence!!! ill have a crack at it once i get the manual and hopfully ittl be sorted, lets just say that the last owner wasnt the best at having the lights set for night drivin lol
