Hello all, my head lights have become very dim, just wondering. If it is something I can fix at home or should I take it to an auto electrician?
    Cheers

It could be due to a bad earth, also check the headlight fuses in the engine bay, fuses 20 and 21 I think.

Check your headlamps to see if they have lost its clearness, sandblasted ect. If they are clear and clean check fuses. If they are ok, pop your hood and take your headlights out, check to see what H- they are eg. H4 H7. Go to bursons or somthing like that, and replace the lights. 2 lights h4 cost me 30$ and they wer blue. If you have money, I suggest buy a HID kid, around about 250$.

Taking your headlights out are easy, front right infront of your battery there is a grey circle cap, twist it and pull it out, this can be hard if it is a tight sqweez in between your battery if so loosen your battery and push it over a little. Repeat that for the left. Then there are mettle clips holding your lights in. I'm sure you will figure that one out.
