Headlight not working

Hi i had my xeon headlight globe replaced in my 2009 caprice on driver's side and still not working.scan tool does not show any issues.
Suggestions please

By xeon i think you mean a hid setup so check that the ballast is not dead.
An easy way is to take the ballast off the other side and test it.

Check the fuses for the headlights too.
