Hi guys,

My headlight switch has a problem.

I turn the switch on and the headlights usually come on and stay on.

But,then some days,I turn the switch on but the headlights won’t come on.

So, I turn it off and then on again and then it works again.

It’s very sensitive and some days it works great and then occasionally it won’t go on at all.

This happens occasionally over many months.

Any help please?

Probably just wearing out due to age and use. Might be time for a new one.

Be aware that the VT-VX headlight switches are used only and that they had the flimsy plastic retainer, unlike the spring steel version that followed. Be sure to check any photos to show tab still intact. I've had some sent that were good in pic, missing when turned up, or cracked and reset badly with glue, seller acts dumb.
