Ok Did a search and couldn`t find what I was after so here goes.
1 of my low beams has blown. So I gotta replace them before work on Saturday night.Whats a good
H7 bulb and for the Highbeams can I upgrade to 100W with out drama`s .Wiring looks small/thin but just wondering.Not doing HID etc at present so please dont suggest this Im after H7/H9 advice

Your right, don't get HIDs as you don't have projector lenses.

buy a regular set of H7's and replace... be happy...

don't buy super-dooper-epic-crystal-diamond-ruby-sapphire'enhanced-gold-tipped-ultra-blue-4000000%'extra'light-blue-euro'look lights... and be happy...

when you have some coin, get a set of SSV/Calais/HSV (all the same) lights (have projector lamps) and then do a HID upgrade if you want some serious (and safely aimed) set of lights... and be happy... again...
