Heater fan is not working

Ive had my car for a year and a half and the fan was working and about a year later i had to use the demister and it was working but since then it has stopped working and there is no power between the fuse board asnd the fan switch and the fan switch circuitboard is a bit melted but it doesnt look like there is any damage that would stop it from working.
