Hi,

Diaphragm in my heater tap was faulty, so I replaced the tap with a new one. The valve is working as it should with vacuum, but no heat is getting to the other side of the tap. So the valve will be in the hot position, the hoses on the engine side are hot, but the hoses on the other side of the tap stay cold.

Any ideas on what could cause this and how to fix it?

Thanks in advance

Did you accidently pull the vac line off the other end that connects to the tap? It's easily done.

No, the vac line is connected both ends. No issues with vacuum, just getting heat to the other side of the tap.

Try manually actuating the tap with your hand.

Might have to take it off and manually actuating the tap while blowing through it to see if it is working .
