well, could be the motors for the power windows but im guessing its probably the switches for the power windows.

Pull them out of your console, just pull them up gently and ensure all cables are connected properly to the switch, if so check they are getting power to them. if thats all fine, might have to look into the power window motors

bridge the wiring that plugs into the switches and see if the windows move, if they do its your switches.

I have a 89 Berlina Wagon and all the power windows work except for the driver side, does anyone know if this is common? When I press the button, a clicking sound comes from the black box thing where they are wired up, but all the other windows work and they dont click, help i need a ROADWORTHY! :wax:

its your window motor. you can unscrew the motor from the mechanism to swap. can be a bit hard to get the new one in. i had the same problem last week. to test its your motor, you can just take off your door trim and hook 12 volts directly to the motor

I wouldnt have a clue, but the clicking is coming from the power supply, not the door or window, so what the hell does that mean??

My problem is the windows were working then the fuse blew and after replacing the fuse they now have no power going to the switches. Is it possible that the wiring got fried when the fuse blew? Very frustrating as i dont know where to go from here
