Hello guys I'm new here, just wondering any tips on how to remove a seats on VY SS ute series 2 thanks in advance

Serious ? It's like wiring 2 plugs to disconnect and 4 bolts . Not really anything of technical benefit, I can assist you with .

Disconnect the battery before starting to remove the wiring connectors.
You may have to depress a tab or lift a tab (cannot remember) to disconnect the wiring connectors/plugs.
Make sure you have the radio code prior to disconnection.

Fiddle around the bottom ends of the seat rails, may need to pick at the carpet a bit, and you will find 4x8mm allen key bolts securing each rail to the chassis.

The 4 bolts are under the plastic trims.

Disconnect the battery in case of airbag stuff. Switch headlights on and ignition to on for a minute or so.
