The fan modes are ok 1, 2 ,3 4 hi no problems, but when i turn air on, the air is coming out from under the dash ( leg room ) is blowing i changed the switches to dash vent. It still blowing under the dash,, tried other like window vent, or etc.. still blowing under the dash. Help me how i solve this problem? Is the unit stuffed or wot?

It appears you have no vacuum to the servos that control where the air goes - if you have been playing around near the radio you may have knocked the vacuum hose off the back of the switch or maybe the vacuum reservoir ball has been damaged. (this is located under the passenger side mudguard and is the large plastic ball next to the washer fluid reservoir. Good Luck.

Pop the bonnet, and in the front passenger corner next to the airbox you will see a yellow lid, that is the washer reservoir. Now have a look under the car, and you will see a ball shaped container... that is the vacuum reservoir that hako is talking about. Check that it is not cracked or damaged in any way, and also check the piping going to it, make sure its not perished or cracked in any way.

Leave that until last mate. Take the dash apart around the radio. On the back of the heater/air con unit there is a connector with 5 hoses. They have probably just come off the connector and need to be retightened.

Hey guys, I have sorted out the problem. it was the shut down valve where the heater lever wasnt touching the shut down valve switch. I turn the heater control cold and warm several times, then start the motor. It finally worked. God after hours hours try to find out what the damn problem was it. Now i can get my self cooler.. I just brought a black VS SS pantha Mica sweet machine.. but i didnt check the bloody air cond haha. Thanks for ya all ya help. Im proud own two VS hehe, gonna see how the SS going. Then will decide which to sell.
