Well you know it’s something to do with what’s been touched.
Vacuum leak on the manifold?
Poor connection to a or number of coils?
Poor spark plug gap?
Poor figment of spark plug?
Forgot a vacuum hose?
Faulty coil?
Check Earth points on both sides of the injector/coil harness?

Have it scanned , mine had what seemed like a misfire, scan revealed it was exhaust / intake actuator solinoid on bank one

I would go back over it again.
Take out the plugs. Re-torque them. Check the gaps (because you’ll have them out)

Check for loose or cracked vacuum hoses. Check the side vacuum ports on the manifold. If they are the plastic ones, then are they loose?
Make sure the vacuum lines around the back to the valve cover are seated correctly. Is the vacuum line connected to the throttle body?
Is the rubber degraded where it does push on?
Did you reseat the plugs connecting the coils and throttle body? Clean them out with some contact cleaner to be sure.

That sounds like a huge vacuum leak.

Check the seals on the coils.
Is there a spring in the boot of each coil where it connects to the spark plug?

Did you use a new manifold gasket?
Did you torque the manifold bolts to 23Nm (or was it 25Nm?)
