Hey guys,

Just put my old 7900gtx card into my girlfriends PC.

Now, for some reason the graphics card boot screen runs twice... the PC boots up... the boot screen for the card displays, it runs the memory check, completes it successfully.. screen goes blank and instead of going to the HDD check screen it runs the graphic card boot screen again...

Can't work it out...

Any ideas?

The boot.ini file seems to all be fine btw.

Does it eventually boot into Windows?

To be quite honest, I've never seen a 'boot screen' for a video card. For a motherboard, yes.. but video card? *shrug*.
I should really keep up with all the new hardware.

+1 for the onboard, but if the computer works properly then it's really just a pet peeve and not a catastrophic disaster :p
