Cant turn ignition lights or radio off, unless battery is disconnected. you need a new barrel, the end that turns the switch has broken off.
it will need to be coded to your key.
call a locksmith or get it to a dealer

Avoid the dealer cos it'll cost you your left nut. Just go to the Locksmith if they can do it.

yeah, go to a locksmith, its cheaper & they might be able to do it.
or go to a dealer, it will cost more but they can definitely do it.

Reading the post it may just be the battery in the keyhead is dead. If the central locking still works the keyhead is OK

i had to do mine ages ago - common fault so i was told. Go to a locksmith. we tried to do it ourselfs but ended up getting a locksmith to do it becasue theres a little pin or something we couldn't get fix

you can still start the car also. theres a switch the barrel goes into. what you need to do is remove the switch and with a screw driver turn the switch at the same time you turn the key in the barrel becasue of the immobiliser and it will start.
