I was thinking more alng the lines of the terra charge kit.. It's around 6k with 200rwkws.. Not much really.. But will be 'faster' say some of my fellow members.. Just don't like the look of the suplamentry injectors and analog computer tune thing on top of the terra chargers.. Might hav to just make do :(

The thing nobody (well a few do) understand is that numbers on a dyno sheet dont mean ****.

Here's the perfect example comparison between a centrifugal supercharger and a Positive displacement supercharger.

Maniac 4.2lt stroked v6 and raptor supercharger makes 208rwkw and only managed a 13.5 down the quarter. Thats a $15,000 engine combo ( now this is an example though there is quite a few engine combo's getting around with similar figures)
KAL SPL has a l67 factory supercharged motor with mods still running stock bottom end and factory supercharger makes 209rwkw with a best time of 12.2 down the quarter.

Enough said end of debate Power figures dont mean **** as they are an imaginary number based on TORQUE. Torque is what makes a car quick and Centrifugal chargers DONT MAKE TORQUE.

Would it be slightly more accurate to say that Centrifugal superchargers don't make bottom end or mid range torque?

Because they do make torque, about 500rpm from redline.

That is true soop, they make stuff all torque down low and in the mid range, (which is really where you want torque in a street car IMO) they're a top end blower. No point making all your torque and power in the top end, as by the time you get there the PD blower has already won the race...
