help needed asap 94 vr stato 5L wont start

took it to auto elecy they got is started fuel pressure is fine everything else was fine they said injectors 1 was stuffed so they said put another set in so i did that and what do u know wont start, but i tipped bit of fuel down throttle body and bang straight away started and now its running but it will idle run fine drive fine then stop at set of lights and it starts running on 6 or 7 cyclinders like its missing on idle then when under load it seems fine so im thinkinh now its fouled plugs? thoughts?

Check your vacuum lines. I know they are not particularly similar but my 6 was running like this until I found out I had forgotten a vacuum line.

A faulty TPS can cause the problems you are experiencing with idle, also possibly the IAC valve (may need cleaning).
