As a stop-gap measure disconnect the battery - reconnect and see if its the same. If it is and you're worried about leaving the car overnight then disconnect the battery again, mmanually lock all doors except drivers and deadlock the drivers door.
When there is more light to fault find start checking your wiring around the steering column. If there has been any recent electrical work done check that first.

Check wiring something could be creating a short resulting in constant power to the lights.

I know you said you've changed it, but sounds like hazard switch fault.

What was the problem? If you post it then the next John Doe searching for an answer might have some luck.

ok the problem was (dont laugh by the way) im from a VR and i moved up to a vs and i thought the remote for the vs was the same as the vr so i thought only one button would work so it was me pressing one button when i should have pressed the other button and it was the silent alarm going off all the time. so yea i feel stupid
