help needed! Done an engine change from a Vt ls1 manual to an auto. Everything auto went into the manual body. Changed wiring loom, no vats computer, coil pack, new spark plugs but just won’t start. Well it will start and then stop within 5-10 seconds max after starting. Checked fuel pump, filter etc and seems to be working. Dash cluster from auto went into it as well. Has auto engine loom. Turn key and hear beep beep beep.
Does the coil packs need to be earthed?
What are we missing? Any help is appreciated to get it running again.
Motor etc was running in other car prior to engine change. Come from an auto car to manual body. Changed out the manual pedals to auto pedals.
Both Vt series 2 cars.
