VE SSV Z Series M6
Z Series VEs were the run out models for VE prior to launch of VF.

They came with a few trinkets over the pre-run out models like special floor mats, badging etc depending on model. For example the SS Z (SS run out) had partial leather trim compared to the SS which was all cloth trim while the SSV Z (Redline run out) came with a free sunroof which was a $2k plus option over standard SSV along with FE3 suspension.

SSV will have full leather, rear subs, sat nav, reverse sensors/camera etc.

Ultimately it will come down to the particular vehicle in terms of overall condition, service history, kms and what you like.
