Hi, im trying to solve a problem with my VS Commodore. The other day when driving to work i noticed a rough start in the morning like it dropped a cylinder though after a min it went back to normal. About 3 mins into the drive to work i noticed the RPM gauge flickering erratically and the hazard light flashers coming on for no reason, then all power cut off to the car and stalled. i tried to start it but nothing.... i let it sit for a min or two and it fired up pretty rough again, i hamerd it back home and left it there, it was still caring on with the RPM gauge n hazzards lights flickering. The cars is an X cop car not a chaser, V6 only if its any help. So if any one has had this problem or know what it is could i please have abit of info on it. Cheers Mick
I had the tacho jump all over the place when i got mine, I just got a 2nd hand L2 cluster from wreckers for $20 and it went away, sounds to me more like you have an ECU issue though if all the problems are related, have you checked error codes?
