Not to hard, just a little bitch of a job. The whole pump, sender is all one unit. You will need new pump and a new tank gasket. Simply undo all the bolts around where the fuel lines go into the tank, its a round plate with about 8 bolts around it. Pull it out an inch and there is a short hose behind it you will have to disconnect, its a special clamp on it but a screwdriver and plyers will get it undone, then shove a peice of wire up it and bend it over outside the tank so you dont lose the whole hose in the tank somwhere. Pull out the unit a bit, it will sort of jam a bit so turn it a bit then pull then turn it a bit and pull until you get it out.

Things to keep in mind, run your tank low on fuel as it will all fall out when you pul it appart,
Put the front end up on ramps to to push the fuel towards the back of the tank - CHOCK WHEELS
remember your playing around fuel.
