I have a VZ Commodore wagon on factory LPG, when staring cold it spits and coughs and often the check POWERTRAIN light comes on. When the mechanic checked it he said coil 4 needs replacing, this didn't fix my problem.
I've noticed this is a common problem and by the sounds of it everyone seems to try numerous things and nothing fixes it.
Has anyone had the same problem and had it fixed. I have also had the plugs changed, please help.

I have never worked on the factory system, does your car start on petrol and change over to LPG when warm? if so how does the LPG run?
