OK ,I know the rear camber question has been done to death but I just want to settle a debate at work so just bear with me . Why does the rear wheels on a series 2 VX have almost no camber ? I thought the rear link introduced in the series 2 was only for toe in/out adjustment. Were they also fitted with a factory camber kit as well ? I have a series 1 with a 4 point kit and still have some negative camber. When I questioned this with the mechanic he said I still had heaps of adjustment left but if he tries to stand the wheels up dead straight it will risk pulling the bearings out through the diff housing due to not enough end float
.So the question is did the series 2 come out with a factory camber kit and are there axles a bit longer to allow the wheels to stand up straighter?

i think they did to a certain degree as i dont think you could make adjustments as big as the aftermarket ones.

If i remember correctly there was a company a few years back in Sydney ( i think ) that used to make shims that fit in between your axle and diff . You just unbolt the axle at the diff end and just slip the spacer in and then you could adjust your camber kit even further without stuffing up the diff bearings .They were about 1 mm thick and pre drilled to suit the bolt holes
