Help to translate this code

[Noctis]

Apparently, it's meant to be a 1988 VL Royale, the owner had put on a w/shaw kit, etc. So wanted to know what it came with from the factory e.g. colour, trim, etc. I asked him for codes, he sent me code which i have attached.

Any one among us who can translate this?
