Help!!!! Vf keys will unlock but won’t lock...

So I picked up a 2015 VF evoke as I downgraded to save for a house!!!
All of a sudden when I push unlock on the keys the car will unlock every time... but when I tried to lock again with the keys (using remote) nothing happens.... then yesterday everything worked fine again for a few hours and now back to the same problem???
I have changed the battery in both remotes so it’s defiantly not flat but when I did that, that’s what fixed it in the first place for a few hours!.

Just a thought- does it happen in the same location? Some external devices to the vehicle can create interference in the key's operating frequency- I've seen it a few times. One was a telecomms device in the owners' neighbours house that was intermittently fired up.
