Help! VY Engine Knock, link to video included

Hi guys, I was recently given a 2004 VY Series 2 3.8L V6 by my dad. When I got it it didn't have anything wrong with it at all. It has been looked after INCREDIBLY well all it's life by both of the 2 owners (my mum put just 25,000k's on it in 5 years and Dad's a mechanic) It has 150,000 on the clock. Last night I noticed a ratting/knocking sound that wasn't there even earlier that day - at about the 3k RPM range. It doesn't do it on idle and I can't hear it above about 4k RPM.

Anyway, I'm new to commodores, I've always owned Mitsubishis, so if anyone has any ideas what this could be please let me know.

Big or Little end bearing imo.

Check the harmonic balancer, the rubber deteriorates and they rattle like the engine is ####ed.
