Im installing a VZ roof lining which includes the sunglasses holder in my VY executive. Im guessing I can use the wiring from the original interior roof light (which will be removed) to power the loom for the sunglasses holder and 4 other lights on the new roof lining.
I just need to know which wires go together and which ones I will be deleting. If I connect all the wire that match up by colour, Im left with the one purple wire, can I just leave it unplugged? what is it for?
It may be very simple, but I would rather an absolute answer so i dont screw it up or waste to much time.

This is the plug for the roof lining loom which I want to connect to the plug from the original interior light below.
