so ive just bought a 03 vy ss with 74k on the clock n got a few questions.

first off i dont know much about cars so any help would be greatly appreciated in the last 2 weeks ive noticed a vibration through the whole car between 110km/h and 120km/h any ideas? i recently put new tires on the back n thought it could be a wheel vibration but not sure.

second when i pull up to lights n its idling i can hear a faint tapping in the motor someone said it could be and exhaust leak from around the pacemaker extractors but doesnt seem like it to me (but i dont know much about cars either) or maybe lifters?

third there is a bit of a flat spot when i put my foot down from 1500 rpm to 2000rpm, i have a friend who is a bit more mechanically minded then me n he reckons it could be from the exhaust (its got pacemaker extractors into 2 1/2" i think it has highflow cats into 3 1/4 xforce from cat back) any ideas?

also it has an ss induction cold air intake n ive heard theyre no good should i take it off??

    Viabration.
    Wheel balance

    Tap.
Could be lifter's, Could be piston slap.
    Could be exhaust leak,
Hard to say without a general location.
Just need to open the bonnet and try pinpoint where it's comming from (Left-Right-Top-Bottom)

    Flat spot.
    Try a good injector cleaner.
    Clean maf.
    Get a good Tune up.
    Plug's lead's
    Oil.
    filter's.
    This should eliminate the issue.

    Good Luck
