Help with carpet door trim / inserts on a VT

    Hey everyone i was just wondering if anyone could help with with how to get the carpet parts off the door so i can do some upholstery work on them.

    My car is a VT sedan.

    I know how to get the actual door pod thing off ( sorry if thats not what its called ) but i don't know where to go from there,

    Can anyone help me? :/

    ahh thanks for that :) in the mean time i also found a link as well on how to get the pocket off but that helps also :) thanks
