HG ute

I have just bought a VZ ute for a daily.
This HG is my long term toy. I drive it couple times a month for a cruise.
I am just doing little tidy up jobs as it is far from perfect.
186, aussie 4 speed, commodore buckets.

Always loved the HK HT HG series. I was offered one similar to this in white for $14K 2 years ago that was in very good condition. These utes are very simple & easy to upgrade if desired.

the only rust spot I can see is on the door but be aware of rust on the chassis just forward of the firewall. That killed my mates HG Premier a number of years ago.

yeah, there isnt much rust in it. Had a cheap restoration a few years before I bought it and a few shortcuts were taken. Thats ok.
if I ever get round to the 308 upgrade I will check out the subframe.
