its a hard one, so the fan definalty doesnt which ON after 20sec(temp disconected, engine running?

just confirm the blue/orange wire again, put mulitmeter on it, and watch it when the voltage jumps does the fan increase?

confirm the voltage too? 9v? or 12-13v(engine running)?

There is definitely no diference at all when the fan is running, and the hi relay is pulled out.I tried it a dozen times.Fan stays the same speed. The fan does come on after around 10 seconds, with temp sensor wiring disconnected. But it doesnt change after a few seconds to hi speed like it should be doing.

just confirm blue/orange voltage after 20sec of temp disconected, engine running? 9v? or 12-13v?

turn engine on, connect the multimeter to orange/blue and earth, dissconect the temp sensor, and when the voltage jumps do you notice any change in the fan speed?

when you see the 9volts jump, can you hear any difference in the fan speed?

No change in speed at all.The fan just starts up and the reading goes to 9 volts.

what happens to the voltage at blue/white, when you get the 9v on the orange/blue?

When theres 9 volts at orange/blue,theres 13.8 volts at the blue/white wire. This is crazy, before when I checked there was no change from 5 volts on the blue/white wire.(ive tripple checked everything to be sure of the readings)

haha, thats not right at all,

ecu is meant to drop the voltage, then orange/blue gets power

with 13.8v at blue/white you the fan shouldnt be getting power at all
something funny is going on... i know this is very repetative, but try another relay, swap it for another one that are in the fuse block
