Gonna buy a line locker for fun
i really like what you have done so far. cant wait till you put that charger in there.
engine bay looks pretty nice with all the wires hidden, did u do it urself? or get it doen professionally, also who relocated the battery?
did it myself prick of a job and over 200 wires a full saturdays work and i did the battery myself i ran two thick copper wires on to the starter one to the alternator to eliminate any charge issues and starting issues
tonight i wire up the gauges
After long research on the net i have decided iam going to polish every single thing i can unbolt
my list so far
brake mast cylinder
ac ( maybe )
throttle body x 2
I been running one for 15 years!
Here is a picture. It is no "show-pony, actually it's tuffer, it's a Hilux with a V6 and it has a shroud!
It should give you some idea of how to fabricate one!
A propper radiator shroud! One day YOU WILL be sorry that you don't have one! I note that you have priortised "airflow" for your amp. So with all respect - Good work junior!
That is all!
wow very impressive always wanted to build up a project car like your doing but never had the $$ to finish and i usually get to annoyed or drunk when i do decide to do something to my car lol
i wa thinking of making one out of stainless but seeing i have the hunge alloy radiator ill see how it goes
Do it man. It would be shame to risk a head gasket, cause no matter how big you think the radiator is, if you ever caught in city traffic on a hot day with a hot temper, she will boil without a shroud. Besides, those slim line fans don't pull as much air through as the factory fan.
I know my shroud could be better with no gaps, but it does the job better than without it.
Good luck with your project car! It looks like a winner when you finish it!
started polishing my god its hard
andother polishing kit a bigger one and 2 cans of degreaser
looks good so far i have done my strut brace
done the manifold cover now might do it another time its not as smotth as i would of liked
looks awesome, cant wait to see that engine bay finished now.
manifild looks schweeet
thanks i love it at the moment just gotta sort the vn tune out
polished abs unit tonight couldnt do too much got ack from gym late
did the alternator properly might have another crack though i think i might end p polishing everything twice till i get it right
hey boys didnt think i put a new photo of my front end setup withthe new shocks the brakes and the swaybars link kits and spring so here u go
Thats a whiteline bar with the lower contrtol arm mount correct?
Did you have issues in mounting the connecting figure 8?
sort of its a prick to tighten but the trick is to do it finger tight lower the car the tighten it then so its all straight if u dont do that it will be all skew
more cleaning polished one of the throttle cable mounts looks a little cleaner
