    engine bay looks pretty nice with all the wires hidden, did u do it urself? or get it doen professionally, also who relocated the battery?

    did it myself prick of a job and over 200 wires a full saturdays work and i did the battery myself i ran two thick copper wires on to the starter one to the alternator to eliminate any charge issues and starting issues

    tonight i wire up the gauges

    Update

    After long research on the net i have decided iam going to polish every single thing i can unbolt

    my list so far

    brake bracket
    brake mast cylinder
    fuel rail
    inlet manifold
    plenum
    strut brace
    water pump
    alternator
    ac ( maybe )
    throttle body x 2
    thermo housing

    I been running one for 15 years!

    Here is a picture. It is no "show-pony, actually it's tuffer, it's a Hilux with a V6 and it has a shroud!
    It should give you some idea of how to fabricate one!

    A propper radiator shroud! One day YOU WILL be sorry that you don't have one! I note that you have priortised "airflow" for your amp. So with all respect - Good work junior!

    wow very impressive always wanted to build up a project car like your doing but never had the $$ to finish and i usually get to annoyed or drunk when i do decide to do something to my car lol

    i wa thinking of making one out of stainless but seeing i have the hunge alloy radiator ill see how it goes

    Do it man. It would be shame to risk a head gasket, cause no matter how big you think the radiator is, if you ever caught in city traffic on a hot day with a hot temper, she will boil without a shroud. Besides, those slim line fans don't pull as much air through as the factory fan.

    I know my shroud could be better with no gaps, but it does the job better than without it.

    Good luck with your project car! It looks like a winner when you finish it!

    started polishing my god its hard

    i bought

    wet sand
    180 grit
    400 grit
    600 grit
    1200 grit

    andother polishing kit a bigger one and 2 cans of degreaser


    looks good so far i have done my strut brace

    done the manifold cover now might do it another time its not as smotth as i would of liked

    Thats a whiteline bar with the lower contrtol arm mount correct?

    Did you have issues in mounting the connecting figure 8?

    sort of its a prick to tighten but the trick is to do it finger tight lower the car the tighten it then so its all straight if u dont do that it will be all skew

    more cleaning polished one of the throttle cable mounts looks a little cleaner
