    When I take my foot of the accelerator my VT V6 Executive makes a hissing noise from behind the left or centre of the dashboard. It is more noticeable when I have the A/C on. If it makes any difference, this vehicle has been fitted with LPG.:rip:

    def a vacuume line
    take the dash facia off then the heater controls off (its 3 screws holding it on) and the hose should connect to the bottom right (looking from the button side)

    there is a tutorial somewhere on here on how to remove a dash facia

    VT vacume hoses

    Can anyone tell me how many vacume hoses on my VT Commodore V6 that go from the engine into the cabin area? The only vacume lines I've found is the one at the top rear of the inlet manifild that goes through the firewall.

    There is only 1 outside which leads to the vacuum tank, from there one hose leads to the selector switch and then another 5 hoses lead from the switch to actuators and the vacuum valve.
