gday all, Ive been having thoughts about starting an apprenticeship at holden when Ive finished year 12 this year. Just like to see what everyone thought and give me some advice on what I would have to go through, if anyone here already works at holden, im in WA, and morley is my local holden dealer, thanks in advance :)

Not a bad idea to get an apprentiship there I would write them a letter asking if they have anything available. On the other hand why holden? It would be minimal pay, cr*p hours and you could get better training elsewhere.

If I were you I would try a place like Kostecki Engine Center. They are an engine rebuilder in morley (85 broun ave). I did 6 months there for work experience last year, great place. At a place like that you would be way better off imo.

Im an apprentice at holdens. But at the actual manufacturing plant. Not sure if the process for gaining an apprenticeship would be the same for a dealership. Mine was f****in hard had to go through this big long process but Im not sure If your process would be simliar. The Dealership might do their own process.
