Guess that crystallises what is wrong with the world when books seem not good enough

I agree with you, but books aren't a continuous source of revenue to the original company when they are shared, lent, scanned or onsold during their lifetime.
A subscription model means you get to sell a single object over and over again.

The link is in the archives here, just google it. I downloaded it, all 10,300 pages for my VE.

To get it working, enable the side bar menu. Links will be no good unless you are connected to Holden’s intranet, so instead use the “find” function to locate the link mentioned.

VT-VZ is also available. Hyperlinks will work and, again, enable the side bar menu with your chosen pdf reader.
