General corporate ignorance / arrogance.....too ignorant to know / too arrogant to care.....no fcuks given from people etc etc.

Doesn't matter whether retail or not.....the sh!t attitude culture is everywhere.

Couldn't agree more, was talking to a bloke about this a couple of months ago. He was telling me that he had customers coming into his shop complaining about the work that he had done on their bikes or the time the repairs had taken and they were never coming into his shop again.
For every customer he lost another two would walk through the door.
