Holden should have done a secret deal (with the cops) to keep the others out of the game and get these ZB on the roads.

Buy back after 3 years.
Fix the fixable ones back to factory specs and resell them through Holden Dealers.

Don't know about NSW, but VIC cops are allegedly testing it...

2018 Holden ZB Commodore shines at police academy

Victorian Police are testing the ZB Commodore variants.
Meanwhile, Wheels Mag spin doctor David Bonnici strenuously endeavors to rub a shine on the ball, but reading between his lines reveals that a BMW 530d, Volkswagen Passat, or even a Hyundai Sonata are all probably better choices for Highway Patrol duties.

Over here in NZ , Holden are going to continue to supply the Police with vehicles, from my local dealer, they’ve sold 7 ZB to private buyers , all V6 models, 4 Calais , 3 VXR maybe dealers need to lift their game a bit .

no they should have kept that bucket of crap out of the country. the issue is the product AND the company. GM have lost touch with this market.

GM have lost touch with this market.

The only markets GM is interested in are China, North America, and South America.

We don't count.......

well , if they had we would have not have the VRX V6 , or the V6 Commodore at all , that was something Holden wanted , it would just have been the front wheel drive 4 pot turbo . Lost touch , yeah nah .

They will have to be given the piss poor volume.

I'd like to be a fly on the wall in the Holden dealer meetings.

Nope - ever declining product and GM obviously either can't or don't want to do RHD. It's only a matter of time unless somebody buys Holden. Sadly GM have a long and celebrated track record of not being capable to selling any brand before it's well and truly past the point of no return with zero interest from any buyer.
