Hell, I'm a QC this week (well you can make all sorts of claims it appears).
I'll charge $30000 per hour, minimum four hours plus two hours travelling time. Being a QC I have many ways of delaying the trial thus increasing my payment.
Let's say Ten hours court time, four hours travelling, $1000 for parking (can't park my Triple Turbo VE Daewoo Commodore Coup'e just anywhere) for a total of $421000.
Payable after settlement.
This month only all bogus Defamation cases will be free of charge so all costs awarded will be paid to my client minus postage fees of $21000.
$400000 enough for a house? Let's go.
