[QLD] Holden SS Bicycle

Hi guys thanks for the membership
I just bought a Holden SS Bicycle today, and was wondering what year it would be from? See pic. I know they are not worth anything, but I remember an ad on tv for them or something years ago..? Any help would be great, the SS sticker looks to be 2004/2005 ish?

The SS Sticker is from a VY/VZ

As for the bike, it looks like a very generic type from that era (2003-2006ish), probably the same as youde have gotten from a Big W or so on.
If there is a serial number on it, either under the Bottom Bracket (most likely) or on the rear drop out it may decode the year.
Or if you can figure out more about the forks, you can probably get a year date from them.

Yeah I got the serial number, but it doesn't come up as any particular bike brand ?? I might email Holden as see what they say.

" My dad worked at holden for 26 years and this was provided to him as a gift at some stage during his career " Is there anybody who worked at holden on here that could confirm this?
