My car had metallic ping and engine was moving around like missfire. So I changed spark plugs and intake manifold gasket and all the air lines to the intake as they broke trying to take them off. Pain persists after that and I got advice that it may be the egr temp sensor , which makes sense as my transmission is fine but keeps blowing solenoids cos it's too hot under there due to the temp sensor. Problem is I dont know where to unplug the temp sensor as it disappears under the fire wall , anyone know were the connection for it is thanks

Yep. Disconnecting things to mask something doesn't really work well. Much better to fix the sensor if that's the issue.

Find a mechanic and get them to plug it in and read the error code is probably your first step.
I have a diagnosis scanner now.
