Hi there, I've machined this hub into two halves at work.
Looking for input on the possibility of re-engineering it.
Will put photos up for different stages.

What bearing application would be used, a double row incased bearing. Or replace the caged balls and polish the race(s).

One of my thoughts when bolting the hub back together, is to use a 12.9 tensile bolt wether it's a hex head or cap head bolt, and welding the nut to the bolt so it's secure.
