[VIC] holden vz sv6 beeping noise from engine bay

hi guys i serviced my holden vz sv6 few days ago and after that i noticed when i put on my ignition on before starting up the engine there is a beeping sound coming from the engine bay near the radiator and it stops after about 20 seconds and then comes another beeping noise with a cliking sound and it too lasts for about 20 seconds and stops!!! i am confused why is it doing i am really worried please help me

I have no idea what the sound is, but I'm pretty sure my VZ has always done this.

from the fuse box you have a beeping noise/clicking noise?

check for blown fuses.
