Hi guys,
My vl with a 304 v8 injected is getting tired. I’m located in Sydney. I’m struggling to find someone who would be able to take on the rebuild of the motor. A few guys I’ve spoken to, they want to go back to carby, or stroke to 355 or even try to purswade me to go Ls conversion.
Can any recommend a reputable mechanic who would able to take on a basic rebuild in Sydney? To extent of full tare down of motor, acid cleaned and bathed. And rebuild to factory/blueprint. Perhaps mild cam etc... keeping it fuel injected though
