hosed motor now runs poorly

I gave my vp a full detail today. i did'nt directly hose the motor but did pressure clean underside of bonnet.

Now it runs like s##t, won't rev or idle and smells very sulphur-ish.

My guess is water has gotten into a plug somewhere. Will it dry out and fix itself or do I need to do something else?

Weird i have Karcherd mine a few times times and is been ok. Water around the injectors made it miss a tad until they dried out.

dfi module does that when wet. Should be fine once it dries out

Spraying the distributer, coil and plug leads with WD 40 might speed things up. Once the engine's running it should dry itself out and run unless the spray dislodged something.
