how cheap is this chip

free plug for a guy at work selling this chip its only $40 atm its a chiptorque, was in his vt ss 5.0 i was lined up to buy it as my stateo is a series 3(this chip suits vt's and s3 vs) but my sateo has a s2 motor but its a s3 so i kinda feel bad as i told him i wanted it wel heres the link he paid something like $500 for it
