check the weight values of the cars . then using the weight to power ratio

VH Commodore ( Paddock Bomb)
Have no idea how to convert it..Would of though an extra 60,000k's would have seen the Falc lose its power advantage but apparantly not..

my rule has generally been falcons for 6's commodores for 8's

weight of vechical divided by power in either hp or kw . it will give you power per kg

4.0 ford motors are particulary powerful mid range the ecotec v6 is somewhat crap mid range, however start off the line and bye bye falcon the vx will jump away and continue to lead, embarising for your mate though lol.

It's not so much that the Falcon won but more that you lost by more. V6 VX were quite slow.
