Had exactly the same yesterday. It does/should pop out. I had assistance helping to hold it on. Needed a fair bit effort to push it out

There's only a couple fasteners that hold the bumper on, try taking it off first so you don't stress its mountings.

remove the bumper skin lay it face down on the grass and just stand on the inside of the dent it should just pop straight out, ive had to do it to a vr bar before, worked for me.

like bogan vk said, take it off, put it on your lawn and walk it out lol, then get some paint and hopefully it will look half decent

Take the grille off (3 screws at top) take out the 3 scrivets under where the grille was. Then take out the 2 scrivets under the bottom grille behind the number plate, and then the 2 screws either side inside the wheel arches. Pull the sides and the bumper should pop off. Then just walk on it and match ur colour with a rattle can and touch it up!
