your getting used to it. a diffs performance isn't going to change. failed bearings/broken spider gears etc. unless all the oil has leaked out i don't think the problem would be in the diff.

i would agree. mine doesnt feel too quick sometimes, but when i had to take it back to N/A for a week or two i was surprised at how gutless the stock v6 was. putting the charger back on, the feeling came back for a while, like when i first put it on.

Could be your transmission, check the fluid levels and other usuals. Try give the tranny a service.

unless the LSD is rooted but then you'd notice more wheelspin

id have to agree as well, you've probably become accustomed to how it is now, plus it was probably fairly tight at first and has settled somewhat now. sometimes i think my car is feeling sluggish or feels funny, but its usually just me, lol.
if you wanted to, you could change the diff oil and see if it feels any better, probably not a bad idea anyway seeing as most things require a oil change after run-in, just to get rid of any tiny bits and pieces that may have come loose/grinded off during the run-in.
i know that most places dont say to change the diff oil or anything with a factory seat and cone lsd after its been run in, but it cant hurt.

i actually think if you own a LSD (especially the older cone style) you should do regular oil changes. the cones create the LSD effect by friction. steel on steel creates wear and contaminates the oil (almost like adding valve grinding paste to your oil) this in my opinion increases wear rates. changing the oil certainly won't hurt it

yeah my thoughts exactly, i dont know why diff places dont recommend it....
i know mates who have had a reco'd lsd put in their commie and asked whether they needed to change the oil or anything and been told basically "nah, she'll be right".
i know id feel alot better changing the oil after running it in.
