how do u post pics??

i posted a pic in another forum but wen u click on it its still small..... but wen u guys post a pic n i click on it it goes to the big photo size...how do i get it to stay small enough to upload in here and then wen i click on it it goes to the normal size???

when you click on post reply go down to the bottom of the page you will see a manage attachment button click on that then click on browse then find the desired pic on your hard drive the select it then click upload that should set you right
